The most memorable moments for me were visiting the site of Jesus' crucifixion and standing in the Valley of Elah reading 1st Samuel 17 where David defeated Goliath. It is one thing to read about the Holy Land but seeing it with your own eyes brings the Bible to life. The trip deepened my faith and my relationships with fellow travelers.

The entire trip was memorable: the sites, the prayer time and discussions, and the friendships formed. It truly was an incredible trip. Visiting the sacred sites makes the bible come alive. Everything is so much more real. We continue to talk about the trip with enthusiasm today.
